Crisp Persian chicken with pomegranate, on Lonsdale
A traditional Persian kitchen in North Vancouver, named after its signature dish: young chicken fried in butter until crisp, served with pomegranate sauce and saffron rice. The menu also has chicken with plum stew, sour fish kebab, dill and fava bean rice, and saffron ice cream with faloodeh.
